If for some reason the form does not work for you, Please Email the form info to: meme_pops@yahoo.com with "Awards Application" in the subject line. Reply time is usually 7-10 days. If you are under the age of 14, do not submit information to this site, please read the {COPPA} {Children's Online Privacy Protection Act} section on our Web Site. Our Privacy Policy. If you win, we will notify you by Email and send you your award as an attachment. If your Email can't handle attachments and/or HTML mail, please let us know ahead of time in the "description" area of the form, and we will arrange for you to get the award another way. If you don't win an award, please don't be angry or discouraged. Keep in mind, you can always re–apply and try again if you didn't make it this time around. Just be sure you make improvements before you do re–apply to maximize your chances of winning.
